We were faced with the daunting prospect of having the roof of one our industrial units repaired after many attempts by other roofing companies, who'd promised 'all' but failed to deliver.

The main cause of the leaking was a result of very poorly installed gutter liners, which resulted in many leaks/issues.

When you arrived on site you took many pictures so that we could clearly see what you had found and adopted a positive, logical and economical approach to resolving the problems. We were in the situation of 'once bitten twice shy' but were pleasantly surprised by your genuine and friendly approach.

All of the work was carefully planned and done in accordance with all Health and Safety legislation. Work commenced quickly, efficiently and tidily.

On completion numerous photos were taken of all of the works completed, so we could clearly see the 'before and after'. A guarantee was provided and final payment was not made until we were completely satisfied that the work carried out had resolved all of the issues.

Trowtronics operates from a 4000 sq. foot industrial unit with a pitched asbestos sheeted roof, these are interspersed with Perspex roof lights. We had an ongoing problem with cracked sheets and leaks from various points in the roof.

Over a period of years we have employed various different firms who all promised the earth but invariably delivered a sub standard service. Roofing, Cladding & Maintenance Services were recommended to us by a neighbouring company.
